Reise in die Vergangenheit
Oftmals ist es für Kinder nicht leicht, wenn sie Vorfahren haben, die ein nicht ganz so gewöhnliches Leben vollbrachten. Immer wieder erfährt man in den Boulevardmagazinen rund um den Globus, dass wieder mal ein Nachkömmling eines bekannten Musikers oder eines begehrenswerten Schauspielers mit Alkoholexzessen oder Drogenpartys aufgefallen ist. Immer wieder liest man auch über jugendliche Straftäter, die aus einem schweren Elternhaus emporgestiegen sind. Auch Marian hat es schwer, zwar ist er weder der Sohn von einem Hollywoodhelden noch der eines Sexualstraftäters, dafür aber der Sprössling einer Familie mit Alchemisten- und Magiervergangenheit.
Wie jeder Junge in seinem Alter drückt er ganz gewöhnlich die Schulbank, hat Hobbys und Freunde, doch was keiner von ihnen weiß, Marians Familiengeschichte ist von Dunkelheit gezeichnet. Ein uralter Fluch liegt auf seiner Familie und soll eine Art apokalyptische Wendung hervorbringen. In einem teuflischen Prozess von einem entferntesten Vorfahren erschaffen soll dieses Unheil 333 Jahre später auf die Erde gelangen, ein Zeitfenster, das sich langsam aber sicher zu schließen droht. „Die Dämonenpforte“ von Andreas Gößling beschreibt den Kampf Marians, dieses Schicksal abzuwenden. Dafür bleiben ihm nur wenige Tage und aufgrund des dunklen Geheimnisses auch nahezu keine Unterstützung. Alles scheint verloren, doch plötzlich entdeckt der erst 15-Jährige eine Pforte, die ihn in die Vergangenheit führen soll und hinter der sich ein atemberaubendes Abenteuer mit jeder Menge Tempo und reichlich Spannung auftut.
