Weißt Du, wer hier ist?
Man kennt sie, die unzähligen Gewinnspiele der Radiosender. Manchmal sind Reisen dabei, Konzerttickets oder die neuste Scheibe der Lieblingsband. Manchmal kann man auch richtig Geld absahnen, dies geschieht dann meistens über eine Rätselfrage. Eine andere Methode wäre den Zuhörer anzurufen und diesen nur zu entlohnen, wenn er auch die richtige Parole ins Telefon spricht.
Wenngleich es makaber klingt, im Roman „Amokspiel“ von Sebastian Fitzek scheint dies beinahe die Vorlage gewesen zu sein, denn hier gefährdet ein Psychopath nicht nur das Leben unzähliger Geiseln, er tut es auch auf eine sehr merkwürdige Art und Weise. Er dringt in einen Radiosender ein, der genau der richtige Ort für sein Spiel scheint. Wahllos ruft er Menschen an und nur wenn sie die richtigen Worte in den Hörer sprechen, lässt er eine weitere Geisel frei, wenn nicht, dann…
Ihm gegenüber steht die Kriminalpsychologin Ira Samin, für die der letzte Fall bereits der endgültig letzte sein sollte, doch Ira sieht sich herausgefordert und steigt in das Spiel des Geiselnehmers ein. Ira versucht mit dem Kranken zu verhandeln und das während Millionen Menschen die Sendung live mit verfolgen können. Der Psychopath verspricht alle Personen frei zu lassen, wenn es die Polizei denn schafft, seine Verlobte in den Radiosender zu bringen. Der Ausweg scheint nah, doch er wird zur Sackgasse, als die Ermittler feststellen, dass diese bereits vor Monaten verstorben ist.
